What we collect
- Information you submit — name, email, organization, and message content when you use the contact form, request a quote, start a TRM trial, or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Tool inputs — text or files you paste/upload into the free tools (DFM reports, datasheet text, Gerber packages). See “AI tools” below.
- Usage data — standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking cookies).
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, or deliver a requested download.
- To operate and improve the site and its tools.
- To send the newsletter, only if you opted in (one-click unsubscribe in every email).
AI tools
The Φ tools (DFM, Datasheet, Gerber, RFQ, Stackup) process your input to generate a response. Inputs are sent over TLS to our processing endpoint, used only to produce your answer, and are not used to train models. Gerber packages are parsed in your browser; only short text excerpts are transmitted. We do not retain tool inputs beyond what’s needed to answer the request.
Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, the AI inference provider) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Confidentiality of project information
Project details you send for a quote are treated as confidential and NDA-equivalent until a mutual agreement is executed.
Retention
We keep inquiry and lead records as long as needed for the business relationship, then delete them. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
- Decline analytics where your browser/region offers the control.
